How we use your information
We collect as little as we can, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it or use it for advertising.

Who we are
This website is run by Future Sounds Partnerships Ltd, a social enterprise registered in England and Wales (company number 16576275). Our registered office is Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE.
We are the data controller for the information described here. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].
When you contact us
If you use our contact form, we collect:
- your name and email address
- your organisation, if you give it
- what you're getting in touch about, and your message
The form sends these to our email inbox. If you email us directly, we receive the same kind of information.
We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: we need it to answer your enquiry.
We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share your details with anyone else unless you ask us to, for example to introduce you to a school or practitioner.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, so we have a record of what was discussed. After that we delete them. If we go on to work together, we keep what we need for that work and tell you how.
When you visit the website
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and gives us only totals, such as how many people viewed a page.
Like any website, our hosting provider handles your IP address and basic technical details to deliver pages to you and to protect the site from attacks.
We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our hosting provider may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to keep the site secure.
Who helps us
We use two trusted service providers, who handle information only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare hosts this website, sends contact form messages to us, and provides our visitor counts.
- Google Workspace provides our email, where your messages are stored.
Both may handle information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, it is protected by safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
Children and young people
Our contact form is meant for adults, such as parents, teachers and organisers. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or carer to get in touch for you.
If your child takes part in one of our music projects, we give you separate information about how we handle their details.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop or limit how we use it
To do any of these, email [email protected]. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
