Our commitment
Our social commitment
How the money we make goes back into young people's music.
Last updated 25 October 2026
Future Sounds Partnerships Ltd is a social enterprise. Our commitment to put profit back into young people's music is written into our articles of association, which anyone can read on the Companies House register.
What we commit to
- 25% of our profit goes to charity every year. We give at least a quarter of our annual profit to charities that widen young people's access to music. Our current recipient is Beautiful Noise (registered charity number 1203948), which funds youth music projects. We measure profit before tax, after repaying money our director lent the company to get it started. We pay it within nine months of each year end.
- We don't profit from charity-funded projects. When Beautiful Noise funds a project we helped set up, we take no fee or commission from anyone involved. We give that time free, and report its value each year.
- Our director draws no salary. Any return to the owner comes from dividends, and only once the year's charitable commitment can be met.
- We report every year: what we made, what we gave, and to whom.
Our link with Beautiful Noise
Our director is also Chief Executive of Beautiful Noise. He is not a trustee, and the charity's trustees make its funding decisions independently.
